ALBUM INFO: IT'S TIME TO GET UP 2, is the second in a series of albums dedicated to Parent's, Kids, Teens, and well, ...Kid's of ALL ages! This album isn't necessarily for your brand new baby in the crib. Though all the lyrical content is completely safe. Who knows, your tiny one might dig it when he or she is wide awake and full of energy! Also Note; It's all NOT done in a fancy Hollywood, or NYC studio, but instead just me on my humble ole laptop with 250,000 miles on it! With our two fantastic kids in college, we're on bit of a budget, so I use whatever I can bolt together to "git er dun" and get some songs out! So if you come across/detect imperfections, sorry bout that. I consider all but the live stuff found here, more as demos. If I still had one of my past great bands along with some financial backing, well, that would be a whole other ballgame. So, under present circumstances, as a wise man once told me, "Sometimes better is the enemy of good enough!" Otherwise you get silence. And silence will not do. So, that said, I hope you find this collection fun and more than good enough! Note; The Great Steve Zerlin (aka: Zman, Nyte Ryder) plays bass on "Thank You Mom" and "Have To Look On The Bright Side".
